Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Accepts FreedomWorks' Preliminary Permit Application, Seeks Comments and Interventions

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted a preliminary permit application from FreedomWorks, LLC, and is soliciting comments and motions to intervene from the public, while also considering competing applications for the same project.
