EPA Delegation of Authority to West Virginia for Hazardous Air Pollutants Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed with the State of West Virginia that the state has the authority to implement and enforce updated National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), as previously approved by the EPA.
