EPA Proposes Administrative De Minimis Settlement for Casmalia Resources Superfund Site
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement with 104 parties to resolve liabilities for the Casmalia Resources Superfund Site in California, following the disposal of 9.7 million pounds of waste, which accounts for 0.07% of the site's total waste.
