NAFTA Panel Review Request Filed for Uncoated Groundwood Paper Imports from Canada

The U.S. Section of the NAFTA Secretariat received a request for panel review on behalf of Resolute FP Canada Inc. and Resolute FP US Inc. and the Government of Quebec, following the U.S. International Trade Commission's final injury determination on imports of Uncoated Groundwood Paper from Canada, published in the Federal Register on September 27, 2018.
