EPA Delegation of Authority to Virginia for Hazardous Air Pollutants Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that the Commonwealth of Virginia has been granted authority to implement and enforce updated National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), as announced on September 25, 2018.
