Bureau of Land Management to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Borderlands Wind Project in New Mexico

The Bureau of Land Management is initiating a 30-day public comment period to solicit public comments and identify issues related to a proposed commercial wind energy project on public lands in Catron County, New Mexico, as part of its compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
