HHS Proposes Rule to Strengthen Exchange Program Integrity and Update Oversight Standards

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has proposed a rule to revise standards for state-established health insurance Exchanges, including changes to data matching frequency and consumer authorization, as well as new requirements for issuers of abortion coverage, aimed at strengthening program integrity.
