EPA Corrects Preamble of Proposed Rule for Emission Guidelines for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected the preamble of a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on October 30, 2018, regarding the implementing regulations for the Emission Guidelines for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills. The correction redirects comments received prior to the change to the correct docket number.
