EPA Proposes Approval of Kentucky's State Implementation Plan for Reducing SO2 Emissions in Jefferson County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky to reduce sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions in the Jefferson County nonattainment area, which surrounds the Louisville Gas and Electric Mill Creek Electric Generating Station.
