U.S. Department of State Submits Proposal for Medical Examination Forms for Immigrant and Refugee Applicants

The Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of revised medical examination forms for immigrant and refugee applicants, which are expected to be completed once per application and require approximately 1 hour of response time per applicant.
