Delegation of Authority Under Section 1244 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019

The US government has delegated authority to the Secretary of the Air Force to make certain decisions regarding the acquisition of military equipment, as mandated by Section 1244 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019.
