EPA Proposes Full Approval of Texas State Implementation Plan for TXI Cement Plant

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to convert its conditional approval of a Texas State Implementation Plan revision for the TXI Operations, LP cement manufacturing plant in Ellis County to full approval, following the submission of a SIP submittal that satisfies Texas' commitment to reduce Oxides of Nitrogen emissions.
