US Department of Commerce Suspends Antidumping Duty Investigation on Uranium from Russia

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that several companies, including ROSATOM, TENEX, and Centrus, are in compliance with an agreement suspending an antidumping duty investigation on uranium from Russia, and has postponed the final results of the 2016-2017 administrative review.
