DHS Proposes Reinstatement of FRCoP User Registration Page Information Collection

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking public comment on reinstating the collection of user registration information for the First Responders Community of Practice (FRCoP) web-based tool, which facilitates networking and online community formation among first responders and authorized users.
