HUD Announces Composite Score for Public Housing Agencies' Family Self-Sufficiency Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is introducing a new performance measurement system, known as the Composite Score, to evaluate the effectiveness of Family Self-Sufficiency programs in Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) that receive HUD grants.
