EPA Announces Draft TSCA Risk Evaluation for Colour Index Pigment Violet 29 (PV29) and Seeks Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a draft risk evaluation for Colour Index Pigment Violet 29 (PV29) and is soliciting public comments on the document, which assesses the potential health and environmental risks associated with the chemical substance under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The EPA will also submit the documents to the TSCA Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals (SACC) for peer review, with the committee providing an opportunity for public input on the draft evaluation.
