US Department of State Certifies 13 Nations for Sea Turtle Conservation

The US Department of State certified 13 countries for their efforts to reduce sea turtle bycatch in their shrimp fisheries, comparable to the US program, and cleared 25 other countries and Hong Kong from incidental sea turtle taking threats.
