List of Borrowers Who Have Defaulted on Their Health Education Assistance Loans

The U.S. Department of Education is releasing a list of individuals who have failed to repay their Health Education Assistance Loans, as mandated by the Public Health Service Act. This list, updated as of June 30, 2018, is available for public use and can be accessed by authorized organizations.
