New York Stock Exchange LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Clarify Initial Listing Requirements

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to clarify the application of initial listing requirements to common equity securities issued in exchange for a listed equity investment tracking stock, which will take effect immediately.
