HRSA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Maternal and Child Health Jurisdictional Survey

HRSA is requesting public comment on a proposed data collection project, the Maternal and Child Health Jurisdictional Survey, to collect information on the well-being of mothers, children, and their families in U.S. territories and jurisdictions, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The survey will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
