Pratt & Whitney Division (PW) Turbofan Engines to Address High Cycle Fatigue Cracks with New Airworthiness Directive

Pratt & Whitney Division (PW) is proposing a new airworthiness directive to address high cycle fatigue cracks found in certain PW4158 turbofan engines, requiring replacement of affected fuel nozzles and fuel nozzle manifold supply assemblies.
