FERC Seeks Public Comment on Water Project Information Collection

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is requesting public input on the FERC-500 form, used for licensing and exempting water projects with a capacity of more than 5 megawatts, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
