EPA Grants Exemption for Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Strain ENV503 Pesticide

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a regulation exempting residues of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain ENV503 from the requirement of a tolerance when used in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices, following a petition submitted by Envera, LLC under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
