Medicare Program: Changes to Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment and Ambulatory Surgical Center Payment Systems and Quality Reporting Programs

The US Department of Health and Human Services is revising Medicare payment systems for hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers for 2019, updating quality reporting requirements and removing certain survey questions, in response to ongoing experience with these systems.
