CSX Transportation, Inc. Lease Application Accepted for Consideration

The CSX Transportation, Inc. lease application to operate approximately 137.33 miles of Western and Atlantic Railroad in Georgia has been accepted for consideration by the Board, which has established a procedural schedule for the minor transaction.
