NMFS Prohibits Pacific Cod Retention in Gulf of Alaska

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has prohibited the retention of Pacific cod by catcher/processors using trawl gear in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska due to the 2018 Pacific cod apportionment limit being reached.
