USPS Requests Transfer of Inbound Letter Post Services to Competitive Market

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has filed a request with the Postal Regulatory Commission to move Inbound Letter Post small packets and bulky letters, as well as registered service for these items, from the dominant product list to the competitive product list, a move aimed at increasing competition in the market.
