Nasdaq PHLX LLC Seeks Approval for Expanded Floor-Based Management System

Nasdaq PHLX LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to the Self-Regulatory Organizations to expand the use of its floor-based management system, allowing for the snapshot functionality to be applied to all orders.
