30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: DS-2031, Shrimp Exporter's/Importer's Declaration

The Department of State is seeking OMB approval to extend its Shrimp Exporter's/Importer's Declaration form, DS-2031, which is used by businesses to report shrimp exports and imports. The form is expected to be completed by 3,000 respondents, each taking approximately 10 minutes to respond.
