EPA Submits Renewal Request for PCB Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a renewal request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of the information collection request (ICR) 1446.12, which outlines the Consolidated Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements for PCBs. The request aims to extend the approval of the existing ICR, currently set to expire on November 30, 2018, and provides an additional 30-day public review period.
