National Mobile Shower and Catering Association Seeks Exemption from Federal Hours-of-Service Rules for Emergency Workers

The National Mobile Shower and Catering Association has submitted an application to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for an exemption from certain provisions of the Federal hours-of-service rules, allowing their member companies to provide food and water services to emergency workers in remote areas.
