U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Publishes Draft List of Nonnative Bird Species Exempt from Migratory Bird Treaty Act

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is releasing a draft list of nonnative bird species introduced by humans to the United States or U.S. territories that are not protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, as amended by the Migratory Bird Treaty Reform Act of 2004.
