60-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Form DS-11 Application for a U.S. Passport

The U.S. Department of State is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a proposed information collection, specifically the Form DS-11 Application for a U.S. Passport, as part of its efforts to streamline the passport application process. The Department is required to provide a 60-day public comment period before submitting the request to OMB, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
