Copyright Royalty Judges Announce 2.5% Cost of Living Adjustment to Satellite Carrier Compulsory License Royalty Rates

The Copyright Royalty Judges have implemented a 2.5% cost of living adjustment to the royalty rates satellite carriers pay for a compulsory license under the Copyright Act, effective from October 2018.
