U.S. Department of Education Waives Certain Consumer Information Requirements for Foreign Institutions of Higher Education

The U.S. Secretary of Education has identified specific provisions of the Higher Education Act of 1965 that do not apply to foreign institutions participating in student loan programs, effectively exempting them from certain consumer information requirements.
