EPA Approves Puerto Rico's Air Quality Implementation Plan to Combat Interstate Air Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving Puerto Rico's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions to address air pollution transport issues that may impact the attainment and maintenance of National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
