FRA Rescinds Eight Environmental Impact Statements Notices

The Federal Railroad Administration is rescinding eight Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) notices, including those for the Pennsylvania Maglev Proposal and the Chicago to Joliet High-Speed Rail Project, due to a lack of public interest and other factors.
