USCIS Proposes Electronic Registration Requirement for H-1B Petitions

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing a new rule requiring petitioners to electronically register with USCIS before filing H-1B petitions for beneficiaries subject to the 65,000 visa cap, including those with advanced degrees from US institutions.
