EPA Approves South Dakota's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized approval of South Dakota's revised State Implementation Plan, which outlines the state's progress in reducing air pollution under the Clean Air Act, and determines that its existing plan is adequate to meet regional haze goals for the first implementation period through 2018.
