NMFS Decreases Pacific Coast Groundfish Fee Rate to 4.0 Percent to Repay Loan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has reduced the fee rate for the Pacific Coast Groundfish fishery from 4.5 percent to 4.0 percent to repay a $28.4 million loan used to finance a fishing capacity reduction program, as part of its annual review of the fee rate to ensure loan repayment within a 30-year term.
