PBGC Seeks OMB Approval for Information Collection on Plan Coverage

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information necessary for determining plan coverage under the Employee Retirement Security Income Act of 1974. The public is invited to comment on this request.
