EPA Corrects Air Plan Approval for Connecticut's VOC Emissions Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected a preamble in a 2018 rule to approve Connecticut's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which aimed to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from consumer products and architectural and industrial maintenance (AIM) coatings.
