DoD Proposes Changes to DFARS for Small Business Set-Asides in Architect-Engineer and Construction Contracts

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to include a provision from the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019, which aims to increase set-asides for small businesses in architect-engineer and construction design contracts.
