DoD Issues Final Rule to Amend DFARS for Interagency Contracts

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to remove the requirement for a best procurement approach determination for interagency acquisitions, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019.
