OSMRE Requests Renewed Approval for Coal Extraction Information Collection

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is seeking renewed approval to collect information related to coal extraction incidental to other minerals, as required by the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA).
