US EPA Reaches Settlement with Atlantic Richfield Company and ARCO Environmental Remediation for Past Response Costs at Great Falls Smelter and Refinery Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reached a settlement agreement with Atlantic Richfield Company and ARCO Environmental Remediation, LLC to reimburse the EPA for past response costs at the Great Falls smelter and refinery site in Montana, with payments due within 30 days.
