U.S. Office of Personnel Management Issues Final Rule on Veterans' Preference

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management is implementing a statutory change to expand veterans' preference to include fathers of permanently disabled or deceased veterans, in response to the Gold Star Fathers Act of 2015.
