EPA Removes 20-Acre Beloit Corporation Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency has removed a 20-acre portion of the Beloit Corporation Superfund Site in Rockton, Illinois from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980.
