BOEM Announces Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Vineyard Wind LLC's Offshore Wind Energy Facility

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is making a Draft Environmental Impact Statement available for public review and comment on Vineyard Wind LLC's proposed offshore wind energy facility off Massachusetts, following the National Environmental Policy Act regulations.
