IEX Conforms to FinCEN's Customer Due Diligence Requirements
Investors Exchange LLC, a self-regulatory organization, has filed a proposed rule change to conform to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's (FinCEN) final rule on customer due diligence requirements for financial institutions, which will take effect immediately.
